POST
EntriesSettings.Count
Return only the number of entry/tab setting definitions matching the optional filters. This counts settings records, not rows inside a selected entry tab.
Permissions
- User must be logged in with a valid bearer token.
- The user must be from the same company domain as the request Host (call the API on that account subdomain or allowed custom domain). A token from another company returns success=0, error user_not_in_company.
- Returned or changed records are limited by the user permissions, team access, folder access, and account settings.
Action
- Counts entry/tab setting definitions for the account.
- Returns count for settings management screens.
Push Service
No socket push is sent because this function only reads settings.
Automation
No automation is run because this function only reads settings.
Special Instructions
- On a company subdomain (e.g. https://{user_domain}.bull36.com) the user must match that Host — Login and protected APIs reject another company with success=0, error user_not_in_company. On a main brand host (bull36.com, biz1.co.il, mastrocrm.com, …) the company domain gate is skipped.
- Use Entries.Count when you need to count row data inside one selected entry tab.
- Use this route only when managing entry/tab settings.
- You can filter settings by use_customer_for_entry or entry_customer_folder_id when those columns are available.
Required Parameters
No body parameters are required for this function.
Optional Parameters
| Name | Type | Sample | What it gives |
|---|---|---|---|
searchpost | string | lead | Counts only entries matching this text. |
folderspost | string | 3 | Counts tabs whose folders JSON contains this folder id. |
use_customer_for_entrypost | int | 1 | Counts only tabs that require selecting an entry customer when the column is available. |
entry_customer_folder_idpost | int | 12 | Counts only tabs configured to use this customer folder for entry customers when the column is available. |
Authentication
Send the bearer token returned by Login in the request header. The user must be from the same company domain as this Host — a token from another company is rejected (user_not_in_company).
